Love all the new work put into the van. Has been completely overhauled with the new bumper. Look like two different vans in the comparison pics. And love them alloys attention to detail.

So finally got the bumper prep done. So I’m having to do it between bring crazy busy. Image

So I’m pretty sure I have got all the texture off but it got so dark with the hammering rain yes it’s pouring down here now. So if I haven’t it will only be a little wiz with the sander.

I’ve sanded it all with a block and 3m wet and dry. Started with 280 coz that’s all I had then went upto 800 the 1200.

ImageImage subject to weather it will be painted Sunday ready for tatton Park.

Also in the background I painted my break disks ready for Saturday.

Well done. When it's split in pieces it's obvious why the whole bumper is required for this mod.

Coming along nicely. What colour you going for on the calipers? You going to spray them or using the high temp brush on stuff?

My callipers are already painted with high temp brush stuff blue. It’s the rear disks because the hub part goes rusty so I’ve painted those black so you don’t see rust through the wheel.

Thanks I try when and where I can. Today I done rear disks. Painted the hub part so you don’t see the rusty hub throw the alloys.

Nice, must admit rusty discs are one of my hates.
