So been sorting out some little bits 2day sill waiting on the rear coilovers to come but thought I would get onto making the new wheel arch liners 4h down and got the one done but will need some more arch liners to do the other side ImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImage

That’s the neatest plastic welding I’ve ever seen mate. :) What did you use to do that?

I got the blanking plugs through by the way, thanks 8)

All this time ive been asking you for photos of your build and today ... purely by chance I come across all this and your FANTASTIC photos. Im blown away by your work buddy and full credit to your sheer craftsmanship!

IM SO PISSED OFF with myself as ive missed this thread and being able to comment on it and ALSO ... ive MISSED the PROJECTS UNDER QUARANTINE thread too which ive thoroughly enjoyed reading all morning as well as this thread!

Is that for the cat J ... this will look superb! Just about to order 2 sheets of 2mm stainless 316 for the fuel tank.

Finally had a chance to catch up on this James, cracking build and hats off to you for the amount of graft that’s gone into it

Haha yes mate for the cat I'm had some gaz coilovers mate for the van cost me around £500 but built to how I want them

Do they sit in the same place as the temp ones in the photo buddy and do you have the spec for them J?... and how long did they take to make em?

Ordered some lowered KW rear passat springs for mine to go with H&R shocks ive had for few years ... however ordered them via KW uk themselves over 2 and a half weeks ago and got told yesterday they’ve not left the factory in Germany ... really peeved buddy

Playing with the idea of making some brackets to fit a coil over where the spring sits but i’ll wait for spec on yours first matey
