A new key is something I could do with as I only have one.
I notice the machine says XHorse on it, Spacewalkers MFSW module is from a website with the same name, any idea what the connection is if there is one?

Lister79 Absolutely killed it again I’ve never seen any caddy engine bay look so clean and it’s as if the engine was meant to be there and came out the factory like it but yours being 1000x better than what vw would produce. You my friend deserve to have your work and attention to detail noticed on a higher lever. Hats off to you buddy I’m in love with the van and I’ve not even seen the full product yet

the swan fiend I used a bloke who came out to me cut and coded two new shape style keys for £150

@Lister, no worries mate, was just curious.

@Azz03, seems a decent price. I think dealers want about £160 for 1

Engine bay looks class, your attention to detail and skill on another level as usual.

Toffee delights

Post by Lister79 »

Air installation completely finished and the interior put back together today, didn’t bother taking photos of the interior as it looks exactly the same as it did Image
Also fit a metal undertray as I was a bit concerned about the new engine having a plastic sump.
Hopefully I’ll get my side skirts and front bumper back from the body shop this week then I can take it for a run. Image. Oh and a new BCM after mine has decided to throw a hissy fit Image.

Manifold and Bluetooth module installed

Lister79 it’s a shame you can’t mod the underside of the van and fit the under tray that’s on most audis my q3 has a tray that covers the whole underneath from factory. It’s a pain when having to look for any issues and repairs but good in keeping it clean

Wouldn't a Tiguan or Passat underbody tray be a close fit?

Interesting, may have to have a look at those. Although it looks like they may have drilled the floor for the fixings, which isn’t something I’d want to do, definitely worth looking into though.

I’m sure I’ve seen them say that the only mod was to use a hole saw to round boss and that the fixing points where there. Obviously I can’t find that post now

These are the part numbers I’ve had for years just in case...
5Q0-825-201-R
5Q0-825-202-R
Plastic nut - WHT 000713
Speed nut - N 90959101
Panel bolt M5x16 - N 90974701
If it ain't broke, fix it 'til it is

Lister79 the amount of other mods you’ve done on your van I’m sure you’d find a way to secure the undercarriage tray without drilling holes definitely a man of your skill
