Yes they are, they have a rubber seal around, so they sit flush to the bulkhead.

How are they held on is any drilling required?
I’ve fitted the rear small carpet section so I was thinking these would make it quieter & warmer

They have pre-drilled holes and I've used black screws/nuts and large penny washers on the other side of the mesh to hold them in place.

Hey bud.. your visors.. did you paint the end clip and the tabs black?
I'm having mine done at the moment but obviously the clip and the tiny tube would be grey still?

Yes mate, I have sprayed the hinged end and that tiny tube bit, as this is the only part that I couldn't find OEM replacement.

They are oem tinted lights mate. I just applied strips of lamin-x film to the white reversing light bits, so they don't stick out that much.
