Re: Swan’s caddy build
Changed my oil and filters today. Luckily the weather is decent. I was expecting a good soaking/getting blown away!
Next jobs. Dash cam and rear carpeting.

Re: Swan’s caddy build
Today I dropped the headliner and put some silent coat and 12mm super liner on the cab roof. Tomorrow I’m going to get my Nextbase dash cam wired into the fuse box. (Thanks again to Stan the man for the repair wire )
Getting the shelf and headliner out was a bit fiddly. I managed to break a sunvisor clip, so I’ll need a new one. I’ll put it all back together tomorrow after work. Hopefully I’ll get it done tomorrow. Not looking forward to doing the A pillar trims.........I hate those things!

Re: Swan’s caddy build
Pete, if you've done the A pillars before, any chance of doing a 'how to' with loads of photos and idiot proof (ie, me!) instructions?
I'm thinking about covering or painting mine and the shelf as they're a bit white/dirty!

Swan’s caddy build
Only if you promise never to show your arse again!
I’ll get some photos when I put them back on and post them up mate. The process is not hard at all, it’s just getting the clips to stay in the right place. Hopefully I’ll be refitting them later

Re: Swan’s caddy build
Just a thought mate, depending on what you want to cover them with, there’s a seller on eBay called JF Customs doing stick on leather bits for vehicles. I got my handbrake sleeve from them. They do A pillar covers and a few other bits for Caddy’s. It may be worth you having a look.
