Hi, how easy was it to fit the spoiler, ive just bought one from vanstyle.co.uk which looks the same as you have but im having trouble getting it to line up. Both ends dont touch the tailgate with about 5mm gap. Tried removing material from the middle, but not sure if its worth the hassle, might just buy a genuine part from VW.

Thanks

Dragging up another old post, how did you get the rear interior panels off to carpet? I've had a quick look at them and nothing is jumping out at me other than perhaps starting at the back and working towards the front.

the back rear corner on my maxi 2012 interior was floating about a bit,
I eased it forward and you can see the spring clips that hold it in ,
mine sprung back in with a good push
so it looks like spring clips placed in strategic places. ;)

The spoiler was not a great fit I had to belt sander a lot of material away to get to fit half decent then used tiger seal and some screws through tailgate to hold in place.

The panels pull off with a bit of force and all clips removed
