Re: SDI Build
Well, the time with the SDI has come to an end! I’ve upgraded to MK4 2.0 TDI Bluemotion. I’ll upload photos of the new wagon on a new build thread and leave a link to it.

Re: SDI Build
Yeah the SDI hasn’t been a reliable van mate, got it running sweet now but fancy something a bit more up to date etc.

Billy, did you change the bolts too when replacing the injector seals?

Re: SDI Build
They’ve been replaced, but I know a few people re-use them 2/3 times.

Hi bud sorry to see the old van had to go but quick question for you,the polo seats you fitted do they bolt straight into the caddy,I'm assuming you need seats from a polo of the same year etc thanks

Re: 2009 2.0 SDI
@euan2k, all polo seats/ audi a1, will bolt straight in.
Execpt from 2018 onwards.. I got 2018 polo GTI and needed to drill in a couple holes.

@euan2k sorry, only just seen your post! I’m assuming it’s not to critical, the ones I fitted were from a 2004 Polo.

Re: 2009 2.0 SDI
[/img]@Yvg Hi do u have any pics of the holes u drilled as I've come to fit 2019 polo R seats and the locating pins r in different place to line up with my 2016 caddy bases any advise would be helpful and appreciated thnx
Sorted it now they are 2020 polo R and they were a pig to get lined up to caddy4 bases but all in now and sussed out the wiring on air bags and seatbelt pretensioner and the passenger seat sensor as polo 2020 have the pretensioner and occupancy passenger seat in same plug, they are all on caddy original plugs now and plug in as OEM .
