2007 Caddy “quick, cheap” project

So. Bought a Caddy to replace my Astra work van as always wanted a Caddy due to being a VW guy.
2007 1.9BLS with 6 speed box, 103k, lowered, 18” Monza2’s and peppermint green.
The plan is always to facelift it, paint it VW Mulberry so that it matches my show/camper/demo VW T5. Had it just over 48 hours and the quick cheap project has flown out the window already.
So far just small silly things like trying to get 107 years of moss and crap from all the door shuts, removes the bulkhead, temporary RNS510 style head unit, swapped the wheels for some 18” 3SDM’s I had kicking about.
Also picked up facelift bonnet, smoothed facelift wings and painted facelift bumper. Also the legend that is R1leaa has hooked me up with a tinted R Line rear light so hair need to grab another from TPS Monday along with a few other bits then some headlights. Should have the facelift done this week as well as painting the door shuts. Then can get the outside prepped and painted.
Plenty of plans for inside and out but will shut up for now and post some crap pics. Hopefully it will start to look worthy of the vans on here soon

Picked up bonnet, wings and bumper this weekend and got hold of some lights from Sean.1066 he’s sending out to me tomorrow so will crack on with the facelift tomorrow getting the loose panels painted before ripping the van apart.

Great T5, can't wait to see how your Caddy turns out. Do you have any shots of the inside of your T5 and it will be great to see side by side photos when your caddy is all sprayed in the same colour......... 👍🏻

Nice Transporter! Gonna follow this one as i want to do the facelift myself, you do need to weld some stuff to get it fitted right?

Thanks guys.
Caddy is going the same colour as the T5
Not sure on wings yet. Will hopefully get the front stripped today or Thursday. Should have the front end on by the weekend so I can get all the door shuts painted
