Latest Updates:

With help from Lister, I upgraded the van to full digital Climatronic.

This involved adding a sunlight sensor and air quality sensor, so i went to town with making the looms

Thanks buddy.. Probably a bit bland and boring to most lol

Just need to find a LHD top lid to have remade into RHD and then dash is done.

Then need to do

Door cards
Centre console
Rear door cards

and then the interior is basically there lol

Personally I think its fantastic and who cares what other people think.

For me, this is a space for my head and thoughts and I'm thinking about doing the same for my dash. Just worried about doing it right and how it would age, sun bleach etc... :|

Hi, I'm working through this upgrade as and when time permits...... I'm almost there. Most of the physical side is done, additional dash vent sensors and light sensor are sorted. I have just bought the air quality sensor. Do you have the part numbers for the connectors needed to make the loom for the air quality sensor? Many thanks,

So was about time i updated this a bit more, I'm always looking on the forum and never seem to post. So i'm going to try make that my new year resolution lol

Since last time,

Retrofitted High Beam Assist - Taken me a good few years to find the right camera to do this. But i am so glad i persevered as it's the best feature ever!!

Fitted Porsche rear 4 pots with a twin calliper hand brake set up, Was a bit of playing around to get it to fit due to the shortened rear beam and also my wheels. But got there in the end

New wheels - Well sort of, i'm currently running 2 of each, one side CCW LM5T as previous, Otherside CCW Classic5. Always loved the Classic5s as had a set on my old car years ago. And then when i bought them, i thought screw it, run 2 of each and the other 4 are currently on my wall in the garage haha.

I then made up a Top cubby hole blank. It's completely solid, no storage, but hated the fact it was just a hole in my nicely trimmed dash, i think it finishes it off perfectly.

I also got my door cards (and centre console but no photos) back from the trimmer. Now in full Alcantara with leather inserts. For some reason i've only got this assembly photo rather than them finished in the van, but you get the idea haha.

And lastly, A CUL, 2.0 DSG gearbox... Ready for my 2022 make over.. More progress soon 8) 8)
