Love your caddy mate! It's mint!
Interested in your sun visors, how did you fit the fabric on? Was it particularly hard tondo? Defo taking some inspo from your build

Hi CaddyChippy88, thanks very much. For the sunvisors I had the local seamstress do them for me. The caddy visors just slide into the covers, they are finished off with a strip of narrow Velcro at the top.

These look really good mate.FishermansFriend wrote:Had the Golf R MK7 front brakes and ESB front 340mm and rear 272mm discs installed today, just have to paint the rear brakes red now. Everything bolted straight on, I didnt have to change the hoses either, Caddy hoses worked fine.
Does anyone know if the same set up will be a straight fit on a mk3, 55mm strut? I’ve lowered and bigger wheels, and the brakes need sorting now, they’re not looking great behind the wheels

Re: A Good Caddy
Thanks very much Calums512.
Hi Daz_87, when I was reading up about the MK7 Golf R brakes I did see mentioned a few times if you have 55mm strut and hub with the removable caliper carrier then they should fit.

Re: A Good Caddy
Cheers, I thought so, mine has the caliper carrier and 55 strut so I’m going to go ahead and see what I can find.FishermansFriend wrote:Thanks very much Calums512.

The 340mm disc will fit the front with the new front brake, but what about the rear I see you went bigger disc there also?
I haven’t been upgraded yet so I can’t get in the tech sections, otherwise i would look there.
Appreciate the help.
