Hey guys picked up my van 2 weeks ago and now finally getting some time to get stuck into it after watching hours of YouTube videos.
So here's the list of what im hoping to achieve on this project

2mm Silent coat
Dodomat Thermoliner
Dodomat Thermofleece 100mm for big spaces and 50mm for roof and side panels
Ply Lining kit
Touran Rear seat conversion
Carpet all panels including front roof storage .
Split charge relay and leisure battery install

So far I have removed the old stinking factory ply lining ready for sound deadening ill post some pics from the tap talk app on my phone in a bit.
will keep you guys updated as I go, if anyone is near me in Wiltshire be great to throw ideas of each other

I'm currently insulating and deadening the inside at the moment and carpeting. Then looking to lower a bit not crazy low as some campsites are a bit bobbly

Damn you silent coat be careful this stuff bites. Surprising how much of a difference this much coating makes. Road noise was 75db at 60mph now currently 70db with just the arches covered ImageImageImage

Managed to rejuvenate the cabin headliner on the cheap today with Shoe Polish in a spray bottle. Will look better once its dried off. Only used 5 bottles so just under 5 quid to do that quick job ImageImageImage

Headliner fitted looks 100% better than the pale faded one. Who would of thought shoe polish would of done that Image

Next up is to separate the donor floor pan from the seat brackets, there are alot of spots to get thru.

Had a little mock up of how the seats would fit as well ImageImage
