Having a look at fitting these seats, havent got round to it as been away etc. Little metal tab on the end is causing me some grief. Any ideas? Would touran bases solve this completely?Image

Yeah I tried a look but hard with so many seat topics ok so just cut them off, I thought about that originally but didn't know if it would cause issues

Hi,
Done this on the sirocco seats approx. 2 years ago never had a problem (used high tensile bolts and large o/d washers just in case there was an issue)
best of luck

These look great. If you using touran, bases there's a little slot for that pin to go in, at the very front of the base. Mine went straight in without cutting off anything.

Ah thats interesting. Thats what I wondered, if touran bases means I would need to make no modifications, I might be better off going for them

Just fitted in the VRS seats using the touran bases. As said many times before, straight swap in and fit. Really happy with them and they sit lower than the standard seatsImage

I bought this rear light and it didn't work, got a refund from the seller and sent it back but the seller moved address and closed down so it got returned back to me. Does anyone want it for free, just cover postage? Not sure if its any good to anyone or if you could work out how to get it working. If not it'll just go in the bin ImageImage

Wow, Holy thread revival!

Little mishap today, control arm from arm sheared off from the strut on the front. Hoping I can get it tacked back on, if not I guess I best start looking for new struts! Image
