Nice progress mate. Beeing a 2010, you have Immo4c clocks, so you can't code them with common tools.
Is there a reason to use the SDI intake instead of the ARL one? Porting the head will bring significant improvement in terms of power and torque?

hi mate, the head was allready removed i do a lot of porting and quite enjoy it , it cost £0 and gives gains in all areas , low down torque high end torque
less back pressure = lower egt
less chance of head lift
more fuel efficiency and of course Bhp gains

i personally advise everybody to give it a try sometime especially if not in a rush to refit the head IE head gasket failure and no need to rush to get the car back up and running.

yes i do need to order a fvdi to program the clocks, as there isn’t anyone local to me that does this i don’t think

wing mirrors fitted , i think i may end up making another set soon as i’m not to happy with these

rear bumper fitted colour match isn’t prefect but it will do for now, if the weather picks up i will polish the van,

also fitted the touran door cards and i’m very pleased with them , the interior looks 100x better now Image

the engine is in bolted straight in no issues at all , noticed the wire to the gearbox speed sensor is not as close on the 02m so i think i may need to extend

and the starter motor trigger wire plug is a different shape but i have a spare from a scrap mk4 golf
