Re: vw caddy 2004 project
starting with the old rear section removal
centraling the R32 pipes didnt want it cock eyed lol
fabricating the R32 exhaust to the standard one was not that hard
had to move weld points for mountaining exhaust underneath the caddy

Re: vw caddy 2004 project
started on some bodywork repairs
both quarters needed repair
started masking off sanding preping for paint
first time ive really attempted anything like this had my mate
danny at bridgefoot body repairs warrington cheshire to give a helping hand when i got stuck with anything (which i did a few times i can tell you lol)
had to buy two doors of ebay mine was peppered swapping them over was a bit of a challenge for me being a newbie plus one of them needed a repair
then i started on the grill and rear badge
we used a flip flake in the laquer imported from the states for another job my mate did
so i thought why not try it
then the other bits i have to fit are mk5 golf GTI brakes
Bentley wheels
just purchased a 150 bhp turbo with manifold which my mate is sending it away to be refurbed and then he will fabricate it to my caddy

Re: vw caddy 2004 project
Its going back into the body shop to have the exhaust surround redone with a lip
looks a bit tatty like that
Got to get some GTI discs and pads and one of the Bentley wheels needs refurbing
Im away for a week then I can fit these parts and back in the body shop for the lip
I've got front lowering springs and longer u clamps to do a axle flip going to put wheels on first though
Then just waiting for the pd150 to come back and then I think a trip to Pendle for a remap and filter
