Looks great!

This reminds me of a mk2/3 Golf GTI! think it looks better black rather than colour coded.

Very nice, not a fan of the arches tbh think ot looks to much like a transit connect haha.
Do you plan of colour coding the front bumper?

Front bumper will be my custom Golf R/Touran hybrid, colour coded along with all the other black plastic bits.

Here are the new updates.

Window buttons with the brushed aluminium trim

O/S 5K3 959 857 B XSH:

And the brushed aluminium mirror switch

I also uncovered a plug without a connection coming from the n/s mirror (black one). I'm assuming this is why I'm missing DAB.

do you want to sell your old electric window switches. i've had a non working pass side switch for over a year but could do it from drivers side so was ok, now thats not working. ha ha.

Seats look awesome, the cloth keeps them in check with the style of a van. ;)

Just out of interest where were the subframes for the seats bought from and how much?

PhotoPete - I'll check mine are working now as my passenger side only opened from that sides switch. If it isn't working still then its likely something else is not working. Wouldn't want to sell you some dodgy parts! They weren't very expensive from VW to be honest. The switches come as seperate little modules you plug in. It might be like me there is a fault somewhere in the electrics and not necessarily in the switches.

Image

F6 rad - seats and Recaro subframes were from Recaro but I ordered from GSM Sport Seats Took months for them to be made and shipped but supposedly thats normal for Recaro!

I also managed to collect the last remaining Cross parts so I now have a full kit (minus the bits I won't need for the front and rear bumpers) so I started to shape the front bumper where the arches finish. Think the plan is to bond the arches to the bumper permanently and then fill the join to the section I've been working on.
