Re: CADDYIRL Build thread
Were you using a Torx bit, or the correct M5 XZN spline bit?
The part no for a new one is in the part no thread, with all the rail cover no's

Re: CADDYIRL Build thread
All the bits are from the main dealer. In fairness there prices aren't too bad with a discount. Very happy with it. Though it took a bit of elbow grease to take off the glue from the side mouldings

Re: CADDYIRL Build thread
Did you remove the mouldings and restick them again or put new ones on ?
I am reluctant to take them off as they never go back on right even new ones.
My guy reckons he can paint them in situ but I'm afraid it will look messy at the joins

Re: CADDYIRL Build thread
sorry I know I am full of annoying questions.
Whats the difference between the two sets of moulding's ?
From the pic they look a tad bit thinner

Looking very well, what a difference!
The glass on the rear doors, is that standard with the rear wiper delete?
Can you see through it?

It comes with the solid bulk head, its a solid black and you can't see out of it. I said I wouldn't need to see out of it because I have parking sensors. So its all good.
