Remaps are not available for the EU6 150BHP
YOu can purchase a booster box from TDi Tuning to achieve 198 BHP, but with all that power the traction control - Which you cant turn off - will be working so hard you will be going slower
Ive been told at least 6 months before the ECU will be cracked, until then all we can do is dream of the good times ahead.
198BHP with Tyre scorching smell of burnt rubber

I have had 2 letters now to say that they will start the process on the 1.6 models in Oct, takes half an hour/ish to complete, really wish they would pull their fingers out.
Again we are suffering the consequences of their wrong doing.

Having only owned mine for a few weeks I guess I might not get a letter for a while, with so many to get through it could take vw a long time even if it's only half an hour each.
Anybody had a remap with celtic tuning had a quote wasnt to bad on price, just wondering if there as good as they look. dont want to ruin the work horse
My brother has his 1.6tdi 102 mapped to 140... makes a hell of a difference to just normal driving (mid-range is sooooo much better), I've just had my belt done, so another thousand miles and I'll be sending mine for the treatment . I think 350 is the going rate.
You should really ask celtic tuning for their detailed answer on that one.
The posts mentioning it are 5 years old.
2016 Starlight blue highline 2.0 tdi - stainless side bars - DubUnit remap 190 bhp ish - st x lowering kit - golf R cadiz 18" wheels - rear wiper delete - ProVan600 interior led light - red painted calipers - Kenwood headunit - sequential side repeaters - vcds hex net pro
That's a loose nut behind the steering wheel rather than the map, most people including me dont have any issues.

Cheers!! I am new here, I want to find some info about remaps. I am planning to do 6 speed conversion, so more torque would be handy i think. Do you have any experience with 1.9 TDI PD BJB engine? I found some shops here in Czech republic doing 137 bhp/315 Nm.
