Re: Engine conversion
Seeing the local over exuberant teenagers off at the traffic lights must get some shocked faces in this. I am sure I have seen a 4wd conversion on here.... Surely for the r32 engine it would be the next step?!?!?!

Re: Engine conversion
How it's handling? Is it 4motion ? Just thinking how much kilograms / stones can weight the engine alone?

Re: Engine conversion
I went from 2.0 FSI to R32 in the Touran, and the front has hardly dropped - I reckon the weight difference is minimal. The R32 is probably similar to the diesels, weight wise.rpms wrote:How it's handling? Is it 4motion ? Just thinking how much kilograms / stones can weight the engine alone?
I've only driven my R32 Touran up my drive, and in FWD only, it's LOOSE - I am 100% doing 4motion, but it's easy in a Touran.
