Ok so I may as well start a build thread for my Edition 30!

Totally original at the moment other than the bumper protector on the rear.

Initial plans include lowering and some 18” VW Nogaro alloys and also ply line and carpet the rear.

I have ordered a bundle of Silent Coat deadening and insulation from Deadening.co.uk and also 10SQ of 4 way stretch carpet from Amazon.

Can’t wait to get started!

I can’t wait to get them on the van!

I bought the deadening and insulation from Deadening.co.uk for £134.99

I then bought the 4 way stretch carpet from Amazon for £55

Wheels fitted and I made a start with a little sound deadening and insulation.

Plenty more deadening and insulation to go but it’s a start!

Oh and the grass isn’t staying haha

Finally carpeted the new ply kit and fitted it to the van.

Used a bit of old vinyl flooring that I used for photo shoots until I decide what I want to put down long term.

Silent coat and insulation also done, you can now hear a pin drop in the rear.

Quite happy with the finish considering I’m an old novice with a bad back! Image
