Brooneye, what did you do for Sun visors? Did you paint them or retrim?

@Dan4da I used 2 tins of black flexible vinyl paint from Halfords. I’ve used this on numerous sets and find it a much better finish for the visors and for the rest of the upper plastics it was gloss black paint

Bit of an update on the head unit, pioneer more or less said tough it’s now out of warranty. But Halfords have agreed to replace it with a pioneer sphda130dab. This is a newer version and also has the built in dab.

Just got to get all the dash back in before I can test it

Cheers, it’s been daunting at times but had the help of a friend.

Although I’ve spent the last couple of hours trying to get the pipe from the compressor to the condenser and the thinner pipe from the condenser to the heater box to fit correctly and it is starting to make me angrier as they just won’t go

All week I’ve thought I’m mad when looking at the state of it.

Heading in to the last couple of bits now but I’ve had to walk away from it today as the last two pipes are not sitting correctly and for the life of me I can’t figure them out

Any help or ideas would greatly be appreciated

Have you got more of a overview of your pipe arrangement?
Top top (thick) from the bulkhead should go to the inner most connection on the pump.
Outer pump connection (nearest to the pulley) goes to the condenser.
Bottom pipe (thin) from the bulkhead goes to the condenser.
This is from memory, I've not looked at any diagrams.
