Hi, welcome to the forum.
There are a few topics with photos of the dash swap on the forum, they may be scattered across build threads and how-to topics.
The Touran has all the parts you need so there are no new parts required unless you are missing some.

Touran dash is a easy swap be good to do the touran door cards aswell .
It a time consuming job but well worth doing gives the inside a better feel rather than the plastic caddy dash .
