Beeping when lock and unlock

Okay so I find this a little bizarre!

I was removing the tow bar behind the bumper, lent on my keys and now I have a beep for when I lock the van and 2 beeps for when I unlock it? How do I stop this as it’s a horrible sound haha!

Also my bumper is a bit wobbly with out the bar underneath is there any way to solve this? Maybe just grind the tow bar holder off? And rebolt the bar?

Update: I am now getting around 15 beeps randomly when I’m driving? Just happens all go a sudden.

I cut the wire off where the tow bar connects to the actual tow. Would this be the problem? Although I can’t see how it would be!

Also when I start the van the ‘bulb out’ light is on the dash but after a few minutes goes off?

This is confusing the hell out of me can anyone help??

u need to run a diagnostic check on it and see what faults it brings

You could try to buy this bar off someone who retrofitted a tow bar -they should be cheap.
