I have a 2007 caddy sdi and I have bought the following :
Caddy tdi hubs
Seat Leon fr callipers
Seat Leon fr discs
Pads
I’ve test fitted them off the van on the hubs and they rub on the hubs back plate. Any ideas as to what to do? Is my plate just needing bent back? Or can you just get rid of it..
Am I missing any sort of item needed to fit bigger brakes?
Thanks guys
Hub plates/ upgraded breaks

Re: Hub plates/ upgraded breaks
If your original rotors are 280mm in diameter you need the back plates for 312mm ones to fit them correctly.
Do you have any pictures of the rubbing parts?
