BLS to ASZ swap help needed

Hi everyone,
The bloody conrod gave up and now time for swap. Unable to cope with dealer asking for 5keuros for the swap to BLS again( hell no way).
I am not a mechanic but a handy guy so pardon my silly questions time to time. I have read through the swap guide many times so have the idea what will be i going through.
The front end is almost ripped and i am about to unbolt gear side and exhaust side to lift the engine.

Only big job is cutting block out and fitting new rear main seal ,rest is easy
