Looking good.

Just finishing off the carpeting in my maxi. I only want it a little quieter. If cut most the bulkhead out as to keep the side trimmed as I want it open.

Just about to insulate and infill the window areas. I have the tins still for the rear. Just working out if I can still use or have to cut tighter fitting ply.

Want to put cruise control on but struggling to find anyone to code it after I fit. My head will not hold information so no point in my sorting out vcds for my own use. Ideally need someone that know what their doing as I would stuff it up big time.

I see your in the shire. Don't suppose I could twist your arm to do some coding from my please lol

Thanks lads, carpeting in progress at the moment. Couldn't finish it last weekend because of the terrible weather, so only one side is done so far. But getting there... slowly Image

@activeviii I don't mind to help, but I would need to purchase extra VINs, which is quite expensive. You would be better off with getting your own vcds or finding somebody who already has unlimited VINs.

That carpeting looks fantastic! How did you get it to mould around everything so well? Also, were the seats a direct bolt in? Or did the rails require some modifications?

Thanks mate. Carpeting required some time and patience This was my firs attempt to carpet the van and I was working on my own, so spent whole weekend doing one side. Three weekends in total to finish all the back to the standard I'm happy with. Mechanically seats are straight fit on Touran bases.

So, finally finished carpeting all the back. Pretty happy with how it came out. Roof liner is also done, just need to wire in some LED spotlights. Also I've put some recycled plastic insulation and dodo superliner where was practical to do so and wired in 12V sockets and USB charger.

Also removed all the gray plastics in the cabin as I want them to be trimmed in black. And while I was there, I've put some dodo mat and dodo superliner to the roof.

Thanks mate, it's getting there slowly...
I've done it in few stages. First I have used 3mm Silent Coat volume pack for the wheel arches and 2mm Silent Coat bulk pack for the side panels and the roof. Then I decided to do entire floor, so I've bought 50 sheet Dodo Mat pack for the cabin and rear floor. Also I have bought 1x6mm Dodo Supeliner roll and 2x12mm Dodo Superliner rolls to cover entire cabin floor, entire roof and side panels where possible. Have some leftovers, but the front door is not done yet, so I think it will be enough for the front door too. Hope this helps :)
