Well that's the first real job done. Replaced the caddy dash with a touran dash. Fitted the new steering wheel, media player and heating controls.

Got GTI gator and knob coming soon and the pedals.

speakers came today with the spray for the plastic trims, headliner and bits.

Do pardon the mess as it's had to be left as I've got work at 6am tomorrow!

That's really good going.
There's people with full forum access to see how-to topics etc and they still wouldn't tackle a dash swap.

Tar doc, it wasent as bad as I thought tbh I'm more nervous about the bumpers being replaced and the spray painting of the headliners

Hopeing to do this in my van luckily will have the touran sitting next to the caddy so will be able to make sure I have everything 😂
