Wednesday!
Why Wednesday, you ask? It's kind of a play on words. Caddy is phonetically sounding the exact as (on) Tuesday in hungarian.
And since the new van will be another VW Caddy, it's only fitting if I'll call it Wednesday.
My dealership called me today morning, that the new van just arrived to them. (sadly it won't get home with me for another week or so, paperwork)
I've got so much in plan for this car! Hopefully I'll find the answers for a lot of questions here.
It's a semi loaded car, but what has been left out, I'll hopefully add in the long run.

Re: Wednesday!
Thanks guys, as I'll get my hands on the car, first step will be coding! I want video in motion, window movement with the remote, mirror tilt (IF the car supports), and so on.

Re: Wednesday!
The car is still at the dealership, awaiting the registration, but still, I've already started hoarding up the stuff what I want to add.
I got the protector for "half price", because originally I ordered the car with the faux leather seats (~100 euro option). After the order and the contract was signed, the salesman called me, that there's a problem, that option can't be ordered anymore, for some reason it was available in the configurator, wrongly.
So we decided to go with the strenghtened cloth seats, (80ish euros), thus we had spare 20 euros to spend, because we didn't want to modify the signed contract.
This was when I asked is this available still? He said yes, and said he'd give it for the remaining 20 euros. Good business.

Re: Wednesday!
This is the state of the car at the moment.
Hungarian authorities are doing the thing what they excel in: Nothing.
The Caddy is dealer prepped for five days now, it only awaits the plates and registration, but nothings happening. So it collects dust on the dealership lot.

Re: Wednesday!
I've got the car. It's simply amazing! The build quality is great, the materials are way better than they were in my '08.
This is the last pic of the old SDI, I've traded it in to VW, we had a fun ten years, it was the most reliable car I ever had. I hope the new owner will treat it right...
This is how the new one greeted me when I got in the dealership, the plates were affixed that time.
It had 13 kilometers in it, so I guess the factory guys didn't get groceries with it..
So far I love the new car, the start stop bugs me though, I'll have to get rid of it eventually. What I found out was the van doesn't need to get the remote window control coded in, that's already enabled.

Re: Wednesday!
Small update, the cover for the cargo area has arrived, so it's in. Sadly I couldn't find a matching gray color though.
I'm in search of an engine cover as well, this chaotic mess of an engine bay is literally hurting my eyes, I'm not used to this!
750 kilometes in under a week, so I'm breaking the car in slowly,
