It's the 4 way stretch stuff but it does has the same effect. I must say that it has transformed the feel of the cabin. It's probably not the easiest job in the world to do but as long as you take your time and spray and stick a little at a time it does go Ok. I dread to think how much a professional would charge to do the job and if I couldn't do it my self I wouldn't have it done..........

@PDC where did you get it from? I've been watching a few different ones on ebay and they all say they can work into shapes but none say 4 way stretch?

Ok this weekend I fitted an engine cover from an Skoda Octavia. I purchased the VW badge separately and glued it on with a bit of Araldite.

No I didn't bother doing the inside as you can't see up inside that part. It was bought from a company called AS-trim.

was it foam on the back side or really thin ? found some stretch alcantara but it has the 3mm foam on the back.
