So thought i'ed up this as not done it for some time so where I am at now is the new engine is in and built up all the new suspension is on with the rs3 brakes on. I've had new tyre fitted to the wheel I've converted from hydraulic power steering to electric power steering and also pulled all the interior and Dash out and fitted aircon to it all going well this weekend should be the big start up on the new engine then the new Touran dash can go back in so I'm about 80% there now I've got my fabricator at rw developments building me my intercooler and rad pack what I should get back in a week or two then I'll finish off the little bits then its back down to him to do the boost pipes exhaust system and fuel tank as I now want to have the bottom of the van level and I can have the take built to a better spec than the one what is already fittedImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImage

james400 wrote:Abit more done made the new fuel pipes up and fitted then made the wiring loom for the tank and tested all good finished the suspension turrets and fitted new brembo pads and discs built it up and dropped it down drove it out to give it abit of a wash off lol still abit to go tho as I need to get the abs looms made longer and sort out the spring load as they are too soft so as you see it it is on its highest setting and the van it too low for me and that's with nothing in the back so will have to work that out but at least it's now moveable for the brakes are bled up and handbrake all connected up and works.ImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImage

So now 90% of the wiring is done inside I can now build up the inside Imagefitted the Touran dash in my opinion it looks well nicer than the caddy dash also just for the time being I got my mate at rw developments to build me up a race tank go put it the rear this is because I am going to get him to build me a flush fit tank underneath later on in the year ImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImage
