Hello from a new member
Hi guys I just wanted to introduce myself.
I am Steve live in suffolk UK and use my vehicle for work.
I picked up my 2014 caddy maxi highline 140 in metallic blue yesterday and so far really pleased..
It was a really pleasant 150 mile drive home and after a hilux feels very comfortable.
I will post some pics once it's clean

Re: Hello from a new member
Thanks guys.
So far I'm loving the caddy. I have just ordered a few parts rear door glass metal covers, 2016 on rear lights I prefer the look and the main thing I need to organise is the rear deadlocks for side doors and barn doors to ensure my equipment is secure.
Is it an easy mod or worth getting someone to fit?
Cheers

Hello, good evening and welcome to the forum Stevemaxi. What metallic blue is your maxi mate, light or dark?

Re: Hello from a new member
Hi bionicman, it is a mid metallic blue I would say. Sorry I don't know the name of it. I will get some pictures added soon. It is currently completely a stock maxi 140hp highline.
I have just booked it in vw van centre for cambelt change and water pump as the price was the same as my local garage quoted. I was told its been done done by previous owner but no paperwork to back that up so feel it's not worth risking.

Re: Hello from a new member
Cheers I'm really pleased with it the colour caught my eye when looking for one. It's been pretty well looked after and just had vw health check whilst with them, no probs except spare wheel carrier broken.
It's big enough for my work gear and returns great mpg after a 3.0d4d hilux I'm loving all the rear doors for access too I got so fed up with clambering in a pickup to retrieve tools etc!
So far it's working out about half the fuel cost each week! The ride is so much more comfortable than the jiggly ride you get used to in double cab trucks!
