The pro floor MLV will now be going on the floor in the back of the van. I’m not looking forward to re trimming the van tomorrow

About the same amount as yours I’d say @ ViralEye.
@ BradleyB, I used 1 roll of 12mm super liner to do that. That’s 3sqm. Silent coated first though. I’ve got 1 more roll of super liner and 4.5sqm of pro van floor left....plus more silent coat.
Hoping for a very quiet van!!

Swan’s caddy build

Post by the swan fiend »

I managed to get the rubber matting back down today. Also centre console back in and drivers side seat base. The matting went in better than I thought, the seat base was more difficult to line the bolts up due to the fact I’ve soundproofed the transmission tunnel. I now have a method for getting the passenger side in.
Working on the van and also working nights means I’m having to do the work after a sleep, and before it goes dark. Hence why it’s taking so long!! Image

Cheers lads. Yeah I can’t wait to drive it again. If the weather is on my side, I’ll get it finished tomorrow. Next will be soundproofing in the rear. Then the doors.

I’ll be interested to see how much of a difference the front makes on it’s own also.
