Maxi workhorse

Post by R22LRM »

Hi all, so I am now the proud owner of 2no caddy’s. As my candy white Tfsi has morphed into a garage queen, I needed a new workhorse.

Let the mods beginImage

Hadn’t even owned this workhorse for a day before the seats had to goImage ripped the originals out quick clean and bang new gt sport seats for a measly £50, what a difference they make to comfort, probably the best £50 I’ll spend on this van.

You are missing the carriers from the rear brakes in that photo, that's essentially the only part you need as the calipers are a different piston size and not suitable for use on a Caddy.

Ahh ok thanks for heads up doc, so the caddy callipers will work with the 286mm discs if I get the carriers?

Without knowing exactly what you have to fit and what is fitted I can't advise 100%, that said I and many others have fitted rear caliper carriers from a GTI and put the caddy caliper onto that without an issue.
