I also got a steering wheel from a Polo, however as my caddy was a startline without MFSW as standard I believe I need a different ring for the buttons to work, will need to check and hopefully find some more information on here however.

I fitted a MFSW and Gearknob from a Scirocco. to my 07. I have no MFD, so buttons are obsolete, but it completely changes the feel of the van. One of my favourite mods. Definitely recommend changing out the cheap feeling original wheel if you can.
