TRC side skirt splitters

Post by shameus »

What’s up.
Anyone fitted the side skirt splitters from TRC? Are they decent quality and any photos of them fitted? I’ve not seen any vans with them on here and I’m wondering is there a reason why!!

Cheers

I have bought the TRC side skirts but haven’t got round to fitting them yet unfortunately. Also got the front splitter to match. Both seem like good quality, I will post pics once I have them fitted in the next couple of weeks 👍

I have some on my van. They fit well and I like them because they didn’t need painting and I have the front & rear as well I’ll see if I can find a picture but the ones on TRC website give a good idea
If it ain't broke, fix it 'til it is

Cheers for the info lads. They look decent to be fair, van came with a set of LED sidebars but I reckon these skirts might be a smarter looking option. Nicely finished van Beaker, out of interest how are they fitted, are they screwed into the body or the rail underneath?

Thanks
They come with self tappers and the recommendation to seal around them, but I’d use plenty of tiger seal as I didn’t think the screws were good enough on there own

Well,
I was thinking of getting a set of these, does anybody know if they will fit with mudflaps?

Not sure mate, I haven’t bit the bullet on them yet. I reckon they probably sit flush with the arch, if they’re anything like the TRC front splitter. The mud flaps might need modifying if you want to keep them on.

I think you will be fine with the mud flaps as they come about an inch short anyway

Do lad and send in a few photos when you get them fitted, I haven’t been able to decide yet whether I want them or not!

I see that your about Mullingar, I won’t have them until the middle of next week. I’ll send pics then and when things settle down I’ll meet you
