Nice addition, I was gonna insulate my glovebox to have it like a cool box. Keep my chocolate digestives from melting.

I've been wanting to do this for a while, but the original thing wouldn't break until last week.....

RLS mount is different though.
Does anyone know what rls/mirror is needed?
And is there a way to fit it without a mirror, like my previous Golf Plus type?

I'm fairly sure the RLS will stay in place within the holder without fitting a mirror. And maybe use the original cover plastics 3G0858548A9B9, 7E0857593D9B9, 2K5857653B9B9 to make a custom cover for it.

RLS - 5K7955559B (C), mine factory fitted with C
Gel pad for RLS - 7N0955609

In essence it will be very similar to this polo https://www.team-bhp.com/forum/diy-do-y ... ost4212005
