Made a start on the carpeting, time consuming, still not convinced, I’m thinking suede with tartan inserts..

Good progress so far, what's next on your mod list?

Re: My Caddy highline 1.4tsi
Thanks Giddy. I have a few mods planned, Thebusual suspension wheels and brakes, I have accumulated a split charge system by Ctek, as it has stop/start, and CBE180 system for the camper side, I started to look at the outside, caddy cross kit, unfortunately i need the alltrack kit as it’s a 16 plate, so these bits are useless!

Made a start on the units to hold the power
Management and sink/cooker. Leaves enough room for the rock and roll bed

Have you offered up the Cross kit to your Caddy? I know the part numbers are slightly different but was unaware the Cross and Alltrack parts were actually any different to one another (apart from the front and rear bumper sections obviously) and can't see why they wouldn't fit, the shape of the wheel arches are identical between MK3 and MK4.

Re: My Caddy highline 1.4tsi
Hi Dan, thanks for the comments, yes the kit does fit apart from the front arches and the adjoining pieces to the front bumper. So where the bumper and wing meet. Apart from that the rest fits perfect. I would like to go with the front splitter on the original bumper as per the kit.

Made infill panels with GTD tartan material, fabricated a frame to hold the roof tv, and the fuse box for the roof lights..

Started to mock up the units from scratch. Used 15mm furniture board all light weight, bed just fits in!

Thank you for the comments! I am hoping I can make it to the standard of sown the vans on here! The kit for the most fits, front arches are different so it’s a case of finding the part numbers for the alltrack kit. I’ll keep the updates coming! Thanks again!

They all listed in the "useful part numbers" thread mate, once you get access.

Started to sheet the bed in preparation for the upholstery...
Oh and removed the canbus alarm that someone had kindly made a hash of fitting! Such poor workmanship!
