Cheers Pat! I can get by with a mig and a bit of brazing and i’m not bad with a tape measure, grinder and my superb plasma cutter (best tool ive bought a few years ago see pic ... well recommended) ... but i’d have to practice practice practice to seam weld anything remotely close to my old mate Martin bless himImage

I’d really welcome any support you can offer on the pick up Pat mate thank you buddyImage

@Dioshef
@Mtb993

Thanks lads!

Some more pics of progress, getting there slowly! Hoping tank and filler loop will be fitted this weekend then its fabricating front de cat pipe to fit the RS3 system. Hoping to figure out a plan where a 3 way sound flap system can be wired in to a manual switch control in the van
1. straight through
2. one flap closed
3. Two flaps closed

In meantime, all sealing done underneath and painted in pure grey. Rear springs prepd and painted yellow and tank ready to fit! Image
Hopefully a week or so and it will finally be doneImageImageImage Image
