Hell of a thread this, It really is going to look fierce. I love the custom interior, although im sure it's costing and arm and a leg its going to be a complete one of a kind. i cant wait to see the rest of the progress :)

Beautiful, Looking to get mine transferred to the 5 speed box soon, always good to see another one.

Looking forward to seeing what your turbo and injectors put out as that’s the same mod as I’m contemplating, are you upgrading the clutch with your new 6 speed box?

Thanks I’ll have more pictures tomorrow hopefully. Yes it’s ran away with it’s self money wise, should be a nice daily though once done. Will be used to do a daily 100 mile commute from Mid Devon to my showroom in Somerset with my Boxer and Rottweiler, hence the need for the 6th gear!!

I’ve used a standard pd150 LUK Dual mass flywheel and clutch and changed the oil in the gearbox. New starter motor, new outer cv joints and new gear cables/linkages.

Should make around the 160bhp mark area i
Would imagine, then I’ll be waiting for the BLS engine to go bang

yeah I’ve heard with that setup you can get around 160 plus comfortably some even claim up to 200, that’s why I’m interested to see how yours goes because in the back of my mind I’m also thinking will the BLS go pop haha.

You have to do more than turbo, injectors and a remap to make the BLS go bang. It can hold 200+ with no problems.
Btw, nice build👍, looking foward to see the end result
