ICE & Bluetooth upgrade

Post by DerekFKS85 »

Can anyone tell me what OEM unit I could fit to my 09 Gas Caddy to give me DAB & Bluetooth, or if it is even possible? I will fit a DAB roof aerial.
Thank you!

RNS310 or RNS315 are both oem. Personally I'd go for a compatible double din unit. Pioneer/kenwood/Sony etc all make units that fit perfectly. Usually just need an adaptor plug for the wiring loom. Can get really good head unit for less than £200

Thank you! If I do go OEM, is the head unit all I would need or would I need a Bluetooth module also?

I may be wrong but i believe they have bluetooth built in, the aftermarket ones will have for sure providing you get a model with it fitted!

Thanks, that’s good news. I think I’ll go down the OEM route as it’ll be plug and play......hopefully!

Cheers for that! Picked out a nice Kenwood unit with android auto I plan to shove in the Caddy and was wondering how I'd get it connected, never done a stereo before. Likely the first thing I'm doing to it.
