Drew got to ask did they send you silicone with the roof bars as just bought my bars same place and van was soaked inside after fitting them. They don’t mention about sealing the bolts in the instructions at all. If I was you check after we get rain or get the hose out to make sure.

Finally fitted the T6 repeaters - advertised as Caddy, but slightly bigger and have to remove the fixing tab to fit Image

All Black - Std.

Just wondering if it would have been easier to use tint spray or film to achieve the same result?

Ref. Repeaters.

Probably cheaper and a similar effect with spray or film, but not quite the same look as the LED line.

These T6 ones do look nice to me.

^^ looks good. Where did you get it from, read some horror stories about poorly finished ones??
Just wondering, when fitting do you line it up with the outside edge of the doors or towards the centre in order to keep the gap to a minimum?? Thanks 👍

I bought it from a place near where I live in Melbourne, so there’s a slight gap in the middle where the doors meet but the other ends are pretty much flush with the sides it looked the best that way
I think the gap is like 5 mm or so

Stripped ptc heater from a golf part 2, spent an hour and a half on Saturday, another 2 today.
Got heater and all wiring, footwell lights and cables, steering wheel and air bag from a fiesta for a friend, all for £25
Need a soak in the bath and at least a week to recover before fitting the heater in my Caddy

Very nice, would it rub if you made the centre gap any smaller?

I think the way it was centred was the best on the inside I had to bore out a larger hole to fit the bolt and nut and one side had the top rear brake light

Had to pick the Mrs up a headlight bulb from Halfords so I thought I'd grab up some led number plate lights for the caddy, what a difference! Literally night and day
But as I expected now have an error, can't win with these led lights! They can be coded out apparently so another thing on the list
Look much better though Image
