Could be a northern thing although I’m not as northern as that!

It’s from a film called Hot Rod. There is a pretty random skit halfway through the film where they say it.

That's damn cool, I've never seen anything like that before and I like it a lot.
Now make one in black with satin chrome, cheers.

It came out better than I had hoped. Ryan had the idea the other day, I had a think about how to do it, destroyed one trying to get the groove cut perfectly straight and at the right depth/profile - ended up making a jig to hold the dremel at the right height and angle and used a kitchen cabinet shelf pin as a guide bush - and then did this one. It is a LOT of work currently to get it looking right after using the dremel to cut the inital line. I spent a good few hours with files and sandpaper refining the edges and the groove, and then Ryan has spent the day getting it refined using sandpaper and paint. We've spent the day talking about how to replicate it quickly and we think we've got some ideas to explore.

How about a router with a jig?
Have done similar edging and grooves to replicate antique hand made mouldings when restoring furniture
