@Papa Bear I did look at using a router and even had my router table set up but the part is so curved at the ends when it passes through the bit it’s nowhere near touching but then does when you get to the flatter part. It was even missing the ends with the dremel setup. A custom guide bush for the bit is on order so will see if that works.

Looked so good as you drove off Ryan and my mums comment was it looks like it came like that which is praise indeed!

With wood I’d attach a baton on the back to use as a straight edge to run along the fence. Or could you run the opposite side in the fence?
Edit: just looked closely and with the double curve and the fact it’s not flat on the back for the number plate light trim, it would need some fancy baton but could work. Be easier in the side ones though.

Went rattle hunting today. It’s been right behind me for about a week. Can’t cope. Think it’s the bolt on the compressor foot. ImageImageImage tightened up and a bit of lock tight ImageImage

The rear looks amazing. Live what you and Dan have come up with. Does look like it came like that.

Read through this thread from start to finish in one go this weekend, really impressive build and you've done such a good job on it. Hoping my caddy can look even a fraction as good as yours

Done a couple of bits today after a very last min postponement.

Removed a deep scratch thanks to countywide scaffolding.

Then redone the black on the grab handle.
