Hi All,
When parked on a gradient my sliding door won't stay open. I've tried to search but can't seem to find any posts. Is it a simple fix, something simple to purchase?
Thanks in advance.

Ok so I found out it's the door catch. Can you just buy the plastic bit or do you need the metal holder too?

Re: Sliding Door.....Sliding Shut....
Once you fully pull the sliding door open it should engage with a white plastic clip to keep it open on a reasonable slope.
Over time that clip can (will) wear and indeed possibly break, so depending on the gradient of the slope it can slide shut. That part is an easy DIY task to remove and replace. Doors on my Maxi take a real hammering loading and unloading groups on trips to and from the local ski slopes - so I am on my third set. Thankfully they are not too expensive to replace.

Did you just but the plastic clip or the entire bit?

Re: Sliding Door.....Sliding Shut....
On my 2012 maxi the part comprises both bits - so the plastic section which is riveted to a metal mount.
The part number was 2K0-843-413-A.
If you have a SWB then you should check whether the part number is different.
