Thanks Craig,

I live in the middle of nowhere with terrible roads, so wouldn't want to lower it too much anyway.

Do you have any pics of your caddy on coilovers? What kit did you use?

Thanks
Tom

Nice looking van mate, where did you find the steering wheel? It exactly what I’m after also.

Hi @Dubbsley,

I bought it off ebay a while back - It was listed as a non msfw transporter leather steering wheel.

There's a guy on instagram and facebook that stocks similar ones - "T5 Upgrades / Matt Brookes".

Have some nice sets edition35 mouldings and one of the sets is directly in LA7W color coded.

Did you change them yourself FishermansFriend? Haven’t given it a go yet! Is it an easy job?

I didn't, the body shop were color coding them so they installed them. I had them off last week and it was fairly straight forward. Door card off and remove the small plastic cover, there are 3 bolts that need to be undone and then the mirror will come off. Your antenna/s are in your wing mirror, its mounted on a hard plastic strip, you need to take the antenna of the hard plastic strip and fold it up like in this thread and install it in your new mirrors, the reason you need to do this is because the hard plastic strip wont fit into your life mirrors.

Thanks for that! Just had a look at the door cards! Any tips on getting those off?? From what i can see, there’s two bolts behind the handle and clips on the bottom? How did you manage to get them off?

Apart from the bolts behind the handle and clips at the bottom there are other clips attached to the interior of the door card, you wont be able to see them until you get your fingers in behind the door card making a small gap, they they will pop off once you release these clips. There is a tool for releasing the clips, with out it you may damage the clips and need to get replacement ones (the clips are cheap). Something like this is handy to have, the red one is for the door cards https://www.amazon.co.uk/ELZO-Removal-C ... 67&sr=8-12
