To answer your question, the Golf GTi/R bumpers are all handmade. You take the top half of a Caddy or Touran and the bottom half of whatever bumper you like and hot staple, plastic weld, fill, and paint. There are people making them on ebay/facebook etc but watch out, there are some shockingly bad ones about. They're not cheap when done properly.
