They are plastic baby blue wood screw caps off e-bay only about a couple of quid for 50. Did try some anodized blue caps but didn't look good...
Didn't think about spraying them..

Managed to get some time on it this week. Installed some of the electrics, got the wires in and ready to be connected up.
Carpeted the remaining side and fitted the window panel covers. I’ve got the carpeted roof lining up and carpet down on the floor with insulation underneath.
Need to finish off with carpet trims around the edges.
I’ve sprayed the roof trim strip ready to go back in but the clips are too small. I’ve ordered some longer ones along with leisure battery due later in the week.
The pod system is fitted but will be oiled when I’ve decided on a colour. It’s screwed down and will take about 20 mins maximum to remove if I need to.
I’m pleased with how it’s looking and once the electrics are in and working I’ll start on the finishing touches inside.

Reason I ask is The front looks really good!

Have you got anymore pictures of the front and back bumpers now they have paint.

I’m actually tempted to get this done myself it has really transformed your van.

I’ll get some pics once the weather breaks and it’s clean. I’ve fitted a bumper guard to the rear bumper. I don’t mind the fact that the sensors are black in the rear and have got used to them.

Been busy on the van and it’s starting to come together now.
12v electrics in place and ready for the battery and split charge kit. Plyboard base for leisure battery under passenger seat measured and cut.
Rear headlining fitted with longer trim clips. Just need to tidy up bits. Need to get the foam covered for the pods.
I removed the cub grey trim and headlining and sprayed and dyed.
All back in and really pleased with it. Feels like a different vehicle in the cab now.
Managed to get a MFSW from a polo for £50 and used some vouchers to make it £25 but need an airbag for it. Can anybody recommend somewhere to get one that won’t cost an arm and a leg?

I haven’t updated for a while but have been busy on the van so trying to remember what’s been done so far.
Rear spoilers fitted, leisure battery and split charge relay fitted, rear lighting connected to leisure battery mounted under passenger seat with fuse box, Audi sline leather seats fitted onto caddy frames (drilled new holes and ground off lugs on seats). Dyed headlining and sprayed trim to match, side bars fitted.
Mfsw and new high line swcm fitted. Used my vcds that I ordered to code the wheel.
Fitted wireless charger to coin tray, new gear knob and gator fitted. New cam belt and water pump fitted earlier this week.
I keep forgetting to take photos when working on it.
Will give it a good valet and take some photos next weekend.
Starting to come together now.
Need to lower it next.

Thanks, if you search for furniture modesty blocks they’re around £4.00 for 100 on eBay etc. Come in different colours. Yep the VW badge under the seat badge, peeled straight off 😂

Do you have any extra information about the wireless charge pad?

Is it just an eBay job, hot glued underneath?

Cheers

I'll get some pics once the weather breaks. I routed the cable through the upper bung on the passenger side under the windscreen. comes down behind the trim on the passenger side and under the trim on the passenger door sill.
I measured the floor under the passenger seat and cut a piece of ply to fit. Then fitted the battery etc out of the van to get the wiring right before fitting.
