I like tinkering with my van Image Fitted Gaz adjustable dampers, shorter hangers, hanger support blocks and gave overall good inspection to the rear suspension. Poweflex bushes look as good as the day I fitted them two years ago. Happy days Image

@Giddy great work again. Did you make the hanger support blocks yourself and do you think it will make much difference? I've got some suspension work planned on mine next year, the Gaz rear shocks plus the bushes up front. Might as well do the support block at the same time if it helps. Thanks.

Thanks @PaulC61 I have asked a local machine shop to make them for me. They do make a difference, although I've never had an axle wobble issue, because I fitted Powerflex bushes at the time of lowering, but these blocks do tie up everything even further. Only been driving to work and back today, but I can say, that lateral axle shift on a twisty-ish road is pretty much non existent.

Thats a real nice picture of the Gaz shocks up against your wheels. For the Alltrack front spoiler did you end up using the retainers in the end? I did read your post on the install a few times now and i didnt see them. How many revits did you end up getting, was it 28?

I did use the retainers, shown in the 4th picture here https://www.caddy2k.com/forum/viewtopic ... 15#p371825
Also, I did not used all of the 28 spreader rivets (perhaps only about half of them), because I did not rivet the retainers to the bumper, but bonded them to the spoiler instead.

Lovely mate. Do you carry much of a load? I’m in trying to find the sweet spot on my Gaz shocks

Thanks mate. I don't carry any weight at all, only a mountain bike occasionally. I've set it on +5 clicks to start with and now it's on +8 clicks. I think the rear is matching front end stiffness quite well.

Nice, thanks for that, on a daily basis I don’t carry much at all either. Currently on 7, will take it up another notch
