@james400 ah no way, impressed you figured that out! Yes really happy with it, really good fit in the hole and real easy to paint. Would recommend.

@Treads here's the link, £4.50 https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/VW-CADDY-2K- ... 890.l49292

@Caddypeter1

the lid is available for lhd vehicles only.
the trim is also for lhd, and it was some brushed metal, it's been color coded in my van's color.

Which ones did you go for. I'm having the same thought but not sure of the route to go

What did you do to your van today?

Hi buddy,

They were from EBay but the German one. The correct ones are so hard to find if you don’t have Aircon. The aircon version won’t work as they have 3 plugs and take a feed from the second plug. If no aircon these are compatible.......

Take a look in the plug to the right. No pins. This is the one you need if NO aircon. Even controls with Econ or Economy won’t work. I do have a good set though if you need aircon ones.

Hope this helps

Very nice fella, been looking at that myself. Did you do it yourself or was it a company?

I didn’t do the work but just got my caddy back from having another gearbox fitted. The smile on my face when I picked it up
