It’s great doing a build I think. Although mine isn’t exactly what you call ground breaking, I’ve still enjoyed it, even when things haven’t gone right.
Looking forward to seeing the progress on this mate

Following this build as im currently building a pd engine for my sdi. What are you doing about the wiring side of things. Are you paying someone to do the wiring or having a go yourself

hi mate , wiring is the same , only thing needed is 3bar or map sensor depending on what power you are aiming for

crank sensor you need to cut a hole in the bottom to run the edc16 style crank sensor , mapping
and 1 wire into the ecu for n75 valve ,

i don’t pay anybody to do anything mate i give everything ago the van at the moment , i will show everything on here you will need to know about the conversion though so keep an eye out

No hanging about here fella!
Those mirrors look nice. What are they from?
Will they be a direct fit?

cheers mate yes i’m trying to get it done pretty quick
iv been pretty lucky finding parts local and also having parts at home for the build.

the wing mirrors are from a touran i have just modified to fit there is quite a lot of build threads on here but i still don’t have access to the how to on the forum as to get access it seems the owner of this role in admin is very busy.

but i will upload more pictures soon and maybe a how to guide inside my build

Yeah I noticed in your earlier posts you got loads of Touran bits for a steal! I wasn’t envious at all
Ahh yeah, I’ve heard the Touran mirrors need a bit of fettling. I’m debating weather to go for a mk4 set at some point. They’re direct fit. Then again, I quite like the full view out the standard ones!
