Thanks brooneye
There’s not much difference in the sound as I didn’t want a all sound and no poke exhaust. So I kept it more or less the same

Re: My EX BG 1.6L 194bhp Caddy build
Some people have asked me what does it sound like?
At first I didn’t think it did until I did a little video (btw I’m not very good at )
But if you want to hear it here is a link

Wow, what a thread!
I've been sifting through the whole thing and man, is there anything you can't do?!
Thanks for sharing, you've given me yet more ideas.

@McCaddyGascar
Thanks for taking the time to read through my build thread
The one thing I would really love to do is an engine swap.
But sadly when it comes to the wiring I would be at a loss so yes there lots of things I can’t do

That sounds nice mate, definitely sounds a bit beefier but it’s subtle.

Wow I must say that welding on the exhaust is amazing. It does look like a piece of art.
The exhaust tone is very nice. Very subtle but alot beefier. Spot on.

@pepsi
Thank you
The guy at dux fabrication did a lovely job I must admit.
I think the sound is just about right for a 1.6 diesel

61 pages, but I’ve finally read it from start to finish
Great work Sean, you’ve put a lot of work in and it really shows.

@Jono1
Thanks for taking the time to read all 61 pages.
There’s still a few things I still want to do.
